The manner in which the LIPCO mediator handled my case left me and my family speechless.
She used to call daily, keeping me abreast with the progress of her investigation. My cell phone can sometimes be off for hours in meetings, she didn't give up on me, instead she always called my husband to update him about the progress.
Although she is a professional, she took it upon herself to fight for my son, the way a mother would do. She concluded my file in record time. I am grateful for her help.

I reported a case for assistance by LIPCO whereby my motor vehicle was circulated as stolen and was then impounded.
