My Story - Problem with my land lady

My name is Michelle Naidoo, I had problem with my previous land lady. She claimed that I owed her money for water and lights, she forwarded me calculations of the amount I owe. She refused to return my deposit of R3500. LIPCO proved that her calculations was wrong, she owed me money. Legally she had no choice but to refund me. Thanks LIPCO!
