My success story – Access will be paid in full

Hi,

I was involved in a car accident on 13/03/2010. The party involved gave me the wrong address details, and had no intention of getting in contact with me. He was arrogant, dropping my calls, he threatened me and was always too busy to meet with me. He was definitely not going to pay my access.

I then called LIPCO, and a legal consultant assisted me in claiming for my access. After LIPCO followed up they referred me to the small claims court. It was a simple and straight forward process. The order was granted in my favour. The other party involved was ordered to pay me monthly instalments until the whole amount was paid in full. He was also warned that should he miss one payment the full balance would be due.

Without LIPCO he would have got away with it, and I would have been left to pay the access. Thank you so much, I have and will always refer people to LIPCO.
